The Experiment was conducted at Parry Agro Industries Ltd., Valparai, Coimbatore district in two varieties of tea viz., Assam jat and ATK clone. Totally eighteen treatments with different combinations 100, 75, 62.5 50 per cent the recommended doses fertilizers along DCC biofertilizers. rate three six tonnes ha-1 biofertilizers VAM, Azospirillum Phosphobacteria each @ 40 kg were given annually. Bud break time taken for tipping earliest plots receiving higher dose (6 t/ha-1) (50 ha-1) irrespective levels inorganic (T4, T5, T8, T12 T16) both varieties. Maximum number buds weight, pruning index starch content consisting level (40 (100% 75% dose).
